Mae I. (Roth) Fitzgerald, 88, of Germansville, died July 22, 2025, at The Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late William J. Fitzgerald. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Clarence H.W. and Bertha M. (Stettler) Roth.

She formerly worked at the Allen Organ Company for three years before retiring. Before that, she was a waitress at the former Park Manor Diner in South Whitehall Township. She was a member of the U.C.C. congregation of Ziegels Union Church, Breinigsville.

She is survived by children, Wayne D. Ruppert, of Orlando, Fla., Peggy L. Evert (Terry), of Germansville, LaVerne G. (Carla), of Germansville; daughter-in-law, Becky Reiss, of Trexlertown; stepdaughter, Debra, of Lansdale; brother, Ernest G. Roth (Gloria), of Fogelsville; grandchildren, Sarah, Amanda, Zach, Austin; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Jessica, Sky, Bree, Maiya, Adalyn.

She was predeceased by a son, Bruce D. Ruppert; granddaughter, Rachel L. Evert, great-grandson, Wyatt S. Newhard.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Aug. 1, at Ziegels Union Church, 9990 Ziegels Church Road, Breinigsville. Family and friends may pay their respects 10-11 a.m. before the service.
