The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners met Monday at the Game Commission’s Harrisburg headquarters, 2001 Elmerton Ave.
The board was proposing an executive order to designate the following Sundays for hunting this fall in the established game species in season, excepting migratory birds: Sept. 14, 21 and 28; Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26; Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; and Dec. 7.
The meeting was one day only and began with public comments. Speakers were called in the order they registered. Public comments offered at board meetings are limited to five minutes and PowerPoint presentations are not permitted. Hunting was discussed in the afternoon.

The July 28 meeting was livestreamed on the Game Commission’s YouTube channel and can be viewed there afterward. Those wishing to submit written comments about changes to Sunday hunting can email them to pgcboard@pa.gov.
