Fundraiser planned to erase medical debt Aug. 9
Rev. Kris P. Snyder, senior pastor, Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, is holding a fundraiser to celebrate her 60th birthday. Her dream is to erase medical debt; over 100,000,000 adults nationwide have medical debt negatively impacting their lives. Every $10 donated relieves $1,000 on average of medical debt for people in financial need. Lehigh Valley churches did this last year and raised $25,000 and erased $3 million worth of debt.
