Michelle Eve Hillpot
Michelle Eve Hillpot, 65, of Bethlehem, died July 22, 2025. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Hillpot.
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of John J. and Rose C. (Szoke) Marhefka of North Catasauqua.
She was a 1977 graduate of Catasauqua High School.
Throughout her career, she held positions with several employers, including Raub Supply, Creative Graphics, Gockley Elementary School and Dorney Park. She eventually retired as the office manager for the food and beverage department at the PPL Center.
She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Northampton.
She also dedicated her time volunteering at St. John Fisher Church, North Catasauqua.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Denise Dengler and significant other Eric Gunsser; a son, Dennis; a grandson, Andrew Dengler; a sister, Annette Englert and husband Jim; three brothers-in-law, Bill Nothstein, Robert and wife Tracy and Scott and wife Janice; aunts and uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and friends.
She was predeceased by a sister, Deborah Nothstein.
There will be a calling time 8:30-9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., Aug. 1 at Assumption BVM Church, 22nd Street and Washington Avenue., Northampton.
