The Cement Belt Fair committee will host a community celebration day 6-9:30 p.m. Aug. 30 at Cementon Park, 5185 Dewey St. The event will feature food trucks, music by Flirtin’ with the Mob and fireworks.

Whitehall Township Public Library is seeking candidates to fill upcoming vacancies on its board of trustees. Meetings are held 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month.
