“We are on schedule,” Northampton Area School District Superintendent of Schools Joseph S. Kovalchik said of the project to build East Allen Elementary School, set to open for the 2026-27 school year.
“As soon as we can, we will get the board out there when it is safe to do so,” Kovalchik added at the July 21 NASD school board meeting about a possible construction site visit.
