A 39-year-old male, of Alburtis and a 36-year-old female, of Pottstown, allegedly had drugs and related paraphernalia at a traffic stop along Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 8:40 p.m. June 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 30-year-old male, of Reading, was arrested for allegedly having marijuana and drug paraphernalia at a traffic stop for a suspended registration in the 4900 block of Medical Center Circle, Lower Macungie Township, 8:37 a.m. June 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Troopers were called to a residence along Tollgate Road, Upper Milford Township, 8:30 p.m. June 14 after narcotics were found in a room in the home, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 17-year-old male allegedly had marijuana in his bedroom at a residence along South Pewter Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 9:33 a.m. May 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The marijuana was seized, according to authorities.

A 17-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly had marijuana in her bedroom at a residence along Sweet Meadow Court, Lower Macungie Township, 7:35 a.m. June 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The marijuana was seized, according to authorities.

Retail theft

Two women allegedly removed multiple items, with a total value of $4,881.98, from retailer Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:30 p.m. May 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 42-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly removed various toiletry products, with a total value of $383.88, from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 5:30 p.m. May 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Three people allegedly removed two bucket hats, with a total value of $75, from retailer Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Suite 101, Lower Macungie Township, between 7:51 p.m. and 8:06 p.m. June 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

A motorist was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:34 p.m. July 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 19-year-old female, of Macungie, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop along Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 1:43 a.m. June 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 24-year-old male, of Quakertown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Acorn Drive, Upper Milford Township, 12:26 a.m. May 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 30-year-old female, of Center Valley, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after state police troopers on patrol found a disabled vehicle in the southbound lane of Kings Highway North, Upper Milford Township, 11:15 p.m. May 26, where they also found the female, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 35-year-old male, of Trenton, N.J., was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the area of Fountain Road and Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 10:08 p.m. June 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A motorist was allegedly driving under the influence along Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 1:43 a.m. June 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Scam

A resident of Treeview Drive, Upper Milford Township, was swindled out of $10,000 after responding to what they believed to be a legitimate computer virus alert, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The money was transferred through a cryptocurrency ATM, according to authorities. The incident was reported June 23.

A resident of Dogwood Drive, Lower Milford Township, was swindled out of $9,120 in cash, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 18.

Theft

Someone allegedly removed $20 cash from a self-check out terminal at retailer Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:55 p.m. June 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Public drunkenness

A person was cited for being intoxicated at retailer Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Suite 101, Lower Macungie Township, 1:06 p.m. July 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
