Weisenberg/Lowhill Township Historical Society is holding its Farmers Market and Artisans Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 26 at 4585 Werleys Corner Road, New Tripoli.

Spaces are $10 for nonmembers. Members are free.

The Plow Boys Summer Show will take place 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 9 and 10 with the Rod Geisinger Vocal Group performing both days.

Tickets are being sold to win a 1949 Massey Harris pony tractor. The winning ticket will be selected at their Christmas event on Dec. 6. Tickets are $5 each.

The historical society is presenting its genealogy networking from 1:30-4:30 p.m. the second Sunday of each month and 5-7 p.m. the fourth Monday of each month.

Christ’s Church at Lowhill in partnership with Lower Macungie and Weisenberg-Lowhill Township Historical Societies will be showing “The Fries Rebellion” a film about self-discovery and political protest in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley free to the public 7 p.m. Aug. 12 at 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli.

Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Company is accepting orders until 5 p.m. July 29 for their hoagie sale.

Choose between Italian, with onions and peppers, or onion and no peppers or peppers and no onions or no onions or peppers; ham and American cheese; turkey; roast beef or tuna salad.

Ingredients supplied by Thomson’s Meat Market, Walnutport.

Hoagie pickup will take place 2-6 p.m. Aug. 7 at the fire station.

They will also again be selling Nesting Box Ice Cream in half gallons.

Available flavors are vanilla, chocolate, butter brickle, cookies and cream, lemon blueberry, loaded coffee, mocha chip and salted caramel pretzel.
