John Francis Morrow
John Francis Morrow, 77, formerly of Emmaus, died July 13, 2025, with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Thomas and Susan Morrow, of Philadelphia.
After graduating from Bloomsburg University, he taught business and economics at Dieruff High School, coached a winning cross-country team and taught driver education.
He enjoyed maintaining the many properties he owned in the Lehigh Valley. He was a landlord who cared about his tenants by providing them with good housing and assisting them as often as possible.
He was an avid Penn State fan, attending many college and bowl games.
He treasured his trips to his heritage country of Ireland, visiting the countryside and the homesteads of both his mother and father.
He was a member of Bethany Methodist Church in Macungie before moving to Marshfield, Wis., where he attended Faith Fellowship.
While at Bloomsburg University, he met his wife, Carlene, to whom he was married 54 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Danelle Morrow Williams and her husband, Marques, of the western suburbs of Philadelphia; son, Brad and his wife, Cari, of Marshfield, Wis.; grandchildren, Olivia, Jackson, Conor, Brynn, Cora and Brennen; brothers, William and his wife, Judy, of Philadelphia, Tom and his wife, Farrah, of Lancaster; sister, Linda Bothwell, of Warminster; many nieces and nephews.
