Brian S. Saunders, 59, of Orefield, formerly of Lansdale, died July 17, 2025, in his home. Born in Abington, Montgomery County, he was the son of Anthony Saunders and his wife, Mary, of Allentown and the late Barbara K. (May) Saunders.
He worked at Eagle Traffic Control, Hatfield for many years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansdale.
He was a hard worker, who would always be there to lend a helping hand. He had a great sense of humor, and the belly laugh to go along with it.
He will always be remembered as a kind soul with a giving heart. He was in his happy place when playing a round of golf with a friend or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
In addition to his father and stepmom, he is survived by a son, Zackary J. Taylor, of Gettysburg; brother, David, of Chalfont; sisters, Donna L. Fasy and her husband, James, of Quakertown, Sherri E., of Montgomeryville; two granddaughters; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. July 26 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating.
