The 16th annual Great Bath Duck Race is set for 1 p.m. July 26 at Monocacy Creek Park at Main Street and Route 329. Proceeds benefit Christ Church of Bath and its missions.

The grand prize is $250.

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will hold a Girl Scout yard sale and outdoor vendor event, planned for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. July 27 at the church. The church is accepting donations for the sale.

There will also be a clothing, shoe and toy drive the same day.

Emmanuel’s church is always looking for volunteers to make and deliver meals to Emmanuel’s members in times of need. The more help they have, the less frequently the volunteers will need to provide meals.
