Storytime and craft for preschoolers will be held 10:30 a.m. July 18 and 25 and then Aug. 1 and 8 at Coplay Public Library. Registration is not required.

As part of the summer reading program, therapy dogs will be visiting the library noon Aug. 2, and a balloon artist will do a presentation 11 a.m. Aug. 16. Register in person at the library or by calling us.

Help the students of Whitehall-Coplay School District by donating to the Snack Pack Pals program. These items are sent home over long weekends with students who have severe hunger needs at home to help them have something to eat before they return to school.

The shopping passes for Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends fundraising event are here, so mark your calendars for 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Oct. 22.

You will enjoy a discount on your in-store purchases and a chance to win a Boscov’s gift card.

All proceeds from purchasing passes go to the library.

Sign up for the 2025 summer reading program — Color Our World. There are fun weekly activities and special programs planned for all ages.

There is a link on the website, coplaypl.org, to access the registration form. Print the form (one per child or adult), fill it out and return it to the library. You will receive a welcome packet and reading log. You may also register at the library.

Log your reading, complete weekly activities and attend special programs to earn prizes and raffle tickets toward gift baskets.

Adults who register for the summer reading program may participate in a special color wheel activity. Visit Lehigh Carbon Cooperative libraries and receive raffle tickets to win prizes and an iPad.
