Subdivision time extension recommended

The Salisbury Township Planning Commission voted 6-0, with one member absent, to approve recommending the granting of a time extension by Green Hammer Properties, LLC until Aug. 27 for a minor subdivision project at 1763 Broadway.

Planning commission member Richard Hassick made the motion, seconded by planning commission member Holly Weiss, to bring the motion to a vote at the June 25 planners’ meeting.

The deadline had been July 22.

The minor subdivision is for one single-family detached dwelling and two semidetached dwellings.

The project was tabled at the May 28 planning commission meeting. The planners are waiting for a resubmission of the project.
