Salisbury police officers stopped a motor vehicle in the 1800 block of East Susquehanna Street June 27. The vehicle was reported stolen from Allentown City, according to Salisbury police. The case was turned over to Allentown Police.
Theft from vehicle
Items were removed from a vehicle parked in a parking lot at 1245 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 27.
Disturbance
A parking dispute brought officers to fast food restaurant Taco Bell, 3380 Lehigh St., June 26, according to Salisbury police.
Theft of services
Staff members at Wendy’s fast food restaurant, 3390 Lehigh St., notified police of someone illegally putting trash in the restaurant’s dumpster, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 25.
Downed wires
A tree fell in the 1600 block of Rader Avenue June 22, according to Salisbury police. The tree struck utility wires and a vehicle, according to authorities.
Property recovered
Authorities recovered a black Samsung cellphone in the roadway along Flexer Avenue June 26, according to Salisbury police. The phone was taken to Salisbury police headquarters, 3000 S. Pike Ave., according to authorities.
Warnings issued
Two males were issued warnings after police officers were called to Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, for two people flying a drone June 22, according to Salisbury police. The males were located, identified and issued warnings to not return with the drone, according to authorities.
Officer response
Police responded to Lindberg Park after receiving a report of people smoking marijuana at a pavilion June 25, according to Salisbury police. Officers did not locate anyone using drugs, according to authorities.
Buckle Up grant results
Salisbury officers completed the Buckle Up driving grant for June on June 27. The month’s campaign resulted in 94 traffic stops, 86 traffic citations and one stolen motor vehicle being recovered, according to Salisbury police.
