George Norman Nabb, 82, of Northampton, died July 4, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Linda J. (Reinsmith) Nabb for 42 years.

Born in Wilmington, Del., he was the son of the late George N. Nabb Sr. and Alice E. (Short) Edwards.

He graduated from Felton High School in 1961.

He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, attaining the rank of E3 and serving most of his duty in Hawaii.

After his honorable discharge, he had many jobs in sales and the trades. He was a plumber for the last 20 years before retirement.

He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Laurys Station.

He brought joy to many children over the years as Santa Claus.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Wendy Turek, Stephanie Miller, Wayne, Ray and Radelle Fritz with Jon; a brother, Haywood Edwards with Sheila; a sister, Jane Burton with J.B.; a brother-in-law, Paul Bergeron; three sisters-in-law, Dolores Shankweiler, Joan Reinsmith and Randi DeWeese with Steve; eight grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Charles; a sister, Shirley Bergeron; and a stepfather, Gordon Edwards.
