MAY 25

Officers investigated noise complaints on North Front and South Second streets.

Police were on the scene of a psychiatric emergency in the 100 block of South Front Street.

A security check was conducted in the 100 block of North Seventh Street.

Parking complaints on North Front and South Front streets were investigated.

A wanted person in the unit block of North Front Street was reported.

MAY 26

Dogs found at Magna Drive and Coplay Street and at Chestnut and North 11th streets were reunited with their owners.

An unwanted person report brought officers to the 1100 block of Hokendauqua Street.

Police assisted a citizen in the 100 block of South Second Street.

MAY 27

During a traffic stop at North Third and North streets, the driver and passenger were both arrested on outstanding warrants. The driver was also cited for driving with a suspended license, DUI first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle and for operating a vehicle without insurance and with an out-of-date inspection. Reportedly, 4.5 grams of marijuana was also recovered from the vehicle.

Police responded to a psychiatric emergency in the 200 block of Coplay Street.

Welfare checks were conducted on South Third and North Fourth streets.

Officers were on the scene of a hit and run at North Second and Chestnut streets.

Animal complaints on Keefer and North Second streets were investigated.

A driver was cited for not carrying his driver’s license during a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Ruch Street.

Police assisted citizens on North Seventh and South Fourth streets.

Officers investigated a report of a missing juvenile in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Coplay Street.

A parking complaint brought police to North Front and Chestnut streets.

A report of suspicious activity brought officers to the 100 block of South Fourth Street.

The department assisted Catasauqua police with a prisoner transport in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

JUNE 1

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the unit block of North Second Street.

A report of an abandoned vehicle in the 200 block of Margaret Drive was investigated.

JUNE 3

A female was arrested and charged with DUI in the 200 block of Chestnut Street.

Police were on the scene of a motor vehicle accident at North Second and Chestnut streets.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the unit block of Magna Drive.

A driver was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at Lehigh Street and Strawberry Alley.

Police responded to a report of a parking violation in the unit block of Keefer Street.

A parking complaint in the unit block of North Second Street was investigated.

Officers assisted a citizen in the unit block of Saylor Drive.

The department assisted North Catasauqua police with apprehending a wanted person in the 1000 block of Second Street.
