Grace Lutheran Church, 28 W. Main St., Macungie, will hold free food distributions 2-4 p.m. July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. Recipients must reside in the East Penn School District. Signs will be posted to direct where to park and which door to use.

The band Swamp Guard will play alternative rock 6-8:30 p.m. at the Hills at Lockridge Park band shell, 7125 Scenic View Drive, Macungie.

July 6

The Macungie Band will perform 6-8 p.m. as part of the Concerts in the Park series in Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, Emmaus. Founded in the 19th century, the band’s performances are a local summer tradition.

July 11

Cathy Ritter will perform 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Triangle Park, Emmaus, as part of the summer concert series Tunes in the Triangle.

Grace Lutheran Church, 28 W. Main St., Macungie will hold a free community meal 5-6:30 p.m. inside fellowship hall. A drive-thru option is no longer available but you are welcome to come inside to pick up a take-out meal if you choose not to dine in. The band Chasing Delight will play soul, pop and R&B in a concert 6-8 p.m. at the Hills at Lockridge Park Bandshell, 7125 Scenic View Drive, Macungie. The concert will also include a tribute to the band Coldplay.

The Stacy Gabel Band performs 6-8 p.m. as part of the Concerts in the Park series in Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, Emmaus.

Flamin’ Dick and the Hot Rods will play music of the 1950s 6-8:30 p.m. at the Hills at Lockridge Park Bandshell, 7125 Scenic View Drive, Macungie.

The Large Flowerheads tribute band will play music of the 1960s 6-8 p.m. as part of the Concerts in the Park series in Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, Emmaus.

The Sean Lally band will perform 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Triangle Park, Emmaus, as part of the Tunes in the Triangle summer concert series.
