Mark Unger, 79, died June 17, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a son of the late Alfred and Fay (Baron) Unger. He was the husband of Gayle (Heyman) Unger for 56 years.

He was a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

He served in the United States Army.

He was a dentist and had a dental practice in Bethlehem.

He was a member of Congregation Brith Sholom, Bethlehem.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Frank and his wife Cheri, Scott Unger and his fiancée Kristi and Jenn Bonner and her husband Mike; and nine grandchildren, Kirstin, Lauryn, Madison, Briella, Sawyer, Coltyn, Sebastian, Asher and Fairah.
