Marian F. Werkheiser, 103, of Bethlehem, died June 22, 2025 at Country Meadows, Bethlehem Township, just four days shy of her 104th birthday. She was the wife of the late William W. Werkheiser, who died Feb. 11, 2001. Marian was born in Bethlehem on June 26, 1921 to the late John and Anna (Martin) Fritz.

She was a 1939 graduate of Liberty HS.

She worked for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Bethlehem and its Women’s Sodality and St. Bernard’s Women’s Auxiliary, and volunteered for many years at Holy Family Manor.

She is survived by sons: William W. (Roslyn) Werkheiser Jr. of Wheaton, IL, George S. (Kelly) Werkheiser of Bethlehem, John F. (Nancy) Werkheiser of Bethlehem; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Predeceased by siblings: Bernard Fritz, Loretta Grim & Ann Ferry.
