James R. Fereno, 84, of Bethlehem Township, died June 17, 2025, in his home. He was the husband of the late Jean F. (Ritter) Fereno for 57 years.

He was a Liberty HS graduate.

He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

He worked in the Bethlehem Steel Coke Works.

He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

He is survived by a son, Jimmy; three daughters, Lisa Atiyeh and husband Aziz, Jeanne Stannard and husband Nathan and Cathy Roberts and husband David, all of Bethlehem Township; two siblings, Grace Krupp and her husband Marvin and Amelia Rubertelli; several grandchildren, Christopher and Zachary Fereno, Caterina Atiyeh and husband Robbie Bogardo, Hailey and Avery Atiyeh, Nicholas, Natalie, and Nathan Stannard, Alexander and Sean Roberts; nieces; and nephews.
