Kutztown University, Kutztown, women’s swimming placed Jena LaTorres, Allentown, William Allen High School, on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom.

The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Golden Bear LaTorres qualified for and competed in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships in February.

LaTorres competed in the 50 free, 200 free, 50 free and 100 free.

She is a junior criminal justice major with a 3.53 GPA.
