Rinalda “Nalda” Van Brunt Stevens, died May 26, 2025. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she was a daughter of Major General Rinaldo Van Brunt and Tip Van Brunt. She was the wife of Dick Stevens for 66 years.
She graduated from the U.S. Army’s Frankfurt HS. She attended Goucher University, Baltimore. She graduated in the Plan II Honors Program and earned a degree from the University of Texas.
She was an analyst with the National Security Agency.
She was a founding member of Grace Presbyterian Church and an elder at First Presbyterian Church. She taught Bethel Bible classes and served on the board of New Bethany Ministries.
She was a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Colonial Dames of America. She was a member of the Saucon Valley Country Club.
In addition to her husbad, she is survived by three daughters, Leslie Stevens, Page Knox (John) and Tip Walker (John); and seven grandchildren, Dixon, Will, Jamie Knox (Natasha), Jack, Van, Hank and Charlie Walker.
She was predeceased by a sister, Johanna Von Walter (Ned).
