Gladys D. (Davies) Anthony, 102, of Bethlehem and formerly of Slatington, died May 25, 2025, at home. She was daughter of the late Evan and Catherine (Jones) Davies. She was the wife of the late Leonard M. Anthony for 73 years.

She was a telephone operator for Bell Telephone.

Of Welsh heritage, she participated in Welsh singing groups. She shared stories, songs, and traditions.

She was a former member of Midway Manor Moravian Church and then of Advent Moravian Church, Bethlehem.

She was a member of Saucon Valley Country Club, Bethlehem Club and Silver Creek Club.

She is survived by three sons, Leonard M. and his wife Kirsten, Robert J., and Edward D. Anthony and his wife Robin; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Marycatherine Anthony; and six siblings Elizabeth, Robert, William, Evan, Catherine and Olwyn.
