The late season run to the playoffs went well for the Northwestern Lehigh girls lacrosse team. The Lady Tigers won four of their final five games and will next play in the District 11 playoffs.

Northwestern fell to Southern Lehigh 16-6 before rebounding in its regular season finale for a 16-4 win over Moravian Academy. No stats were made available for these games.

The district playoffs begin next week with Northwestern (8-10) as the three seed. That puts the Tigers into a first-round meeting with Allentown Central Catholic (7-9). The other semifinal will see top seed Southern Lehigh (15-3) facing number four Saucon Valley (5-11).
