Moravaian University

Brian Demyan, son of Gary and Tina Demyan, of Bethlehem, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Moravian University May 3.

Brian attained two degrees: one in computer science and one in philosophy.

Geisnger School of Medicine

Patrick Kowalski of Bethlehem was among the 115 members of the class of 2025 receiving a diploma from Geisinger College of Health Sciences’ School of Medicine at the school’s 13th annual commencement ceremony May 10.

Muhlenberg College

Muhlenberg’s class of 2025 celebrated commencement May 18 in the PPL Center. Bethlehem graduates include:

Eva Kamal Abboud who received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Abboud majored in political science.

Andrew D. Abrams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in media and communication.

Samantha Theresa Hoffman received a Bachelor of Arts degree. A graduate of Bethlehem Catholic HS, Hoffman majored in theatre.

Alex Sologub received a Bachelor of Arts degree. A graduate of Freedom HS, Sologub majored in finance.

Asher Hale Lichtenwalner received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Zoe Nicole Pizzuto received a Bachelor of Science degree. A graduate of Freedom HS, Pizzuto majored in neuroscience.

Damon Mark McCaulley received a Master in Organizational Leadership degree.

University of Scranton

Local residents were among the more than 725 graduates who took part in The University of Scranton’s undergraduate commencement ceremony May 18 at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre Township.

Local graduates are: Kyle S. Kimler of Bethlehem, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, and Joseph C. Rachwal of Bethlehem, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering management.

Cedar Crest College

The PPL Center in Allentown filled with students, staff, faculty and supporters May 10 to celebrate the accomplishments of Cedar Crest College’s class of 2025 at Commencement, including many local residents.

Freemansburg: Ivannia Diaz, a degree in social work and a certificate in child welfare.
