Reminder: Spring concerts in Northampton Area School District are underway.

• Borough Elementary Schools chorus concert: 7-9 p.m. May 15 in the cafeteria at the school

• Northampton Area Middle School band concert: 7-8 p.m. May 20 in the auditorium at Northampton Area High School

• NAMS chorus and show chorus performance: 7-8 p.m. May 23 in the auditorium at NAHS

From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. May 19, NASD will hold a public facilities committee meeting in the library at NAHS.

NASD will be closed May 26 for Memorial Day.

On May 30 and from June 2 to June 4, there will be half days.

The Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be 7:30 p.m. May 30, with rain dates of May 31 and June 1, at Al Erdosy Stadium. Every graduating senior will receive 10 tickets at graduation practice the week of commencement.

The NAMS’ eighth-grade Moving Up ceremony is scheduled for 8:30-10 a.m. June 2 (plant 1), June 3 (plant 2) and June 4 (plant 3) in the school gymnasium.

The last day of the 2024-25 academic year for students is June 4.
