There was excitement in the air at Bethlehem’s SteelStacks May 3 as Parkland High School held its annual prom in the facility.
Hundreds of Parkland students wore their finest suits, gowns and sometimes alternate clothing to celebrate the evening together.
The doors opened 7 p.m. and the building quickly filled with eager revelers looking forward to a fun-filled evening with their best friends and fellow Parkland High School friends.
Food was available, but the biggest attraction was the dance floor which immediately filled with dancing, jumping and happy students.
Though the music was deafening, it made little difference to the hundreds of the dancers on the floor.
