Stacy Zellner announced her intent to run for Catasauqua Borough tax collector in the May 20 election. Zellner, a Democrat, has been a resident and taxpayer in the borough of Catasauqua for the past 24 years.

“Voters can expect a tax collector who is responsive to tax questions and knowledgeable of taxing changes going on in our community,” Zellner said. “As a tax collector, I will do my best to always educate the homeowners on the taxing processes.”

Zellner has been an active volunteer in the Catasauqua community and has been involved in Girl Scouts for 20 years and dog fostering programs since 2020.

She said she looks forward to representing the community in the tax collector role if elected.
