Justin Noel Hale, 36, of Easton, has been sentenced in the 2020 home invasion and armed robbery at a Five Points Wyandotte Street apartment.
The victim and his girlfriend stated Hale and another man, Quentin Wimberly, who were friends of the victim, knew he had about $3,500 in cash from an insurance settlement and used guns to strong-arm it away.
When the victim followed the duo to Cherokee Street, Hale shot at him. The two were found by police during a traffic stop on Seneca Street.
Hale is sentenced to 15-30 years in state prison for theft, armed robbery, conspiracy, and firearms and other charges.
