Northampton Area School District’s finance committee will be meeting 6-7 p.m. May 1 for a public session. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The eighth-grade farewell dance will be held 6-8 p.m. May 2 at Northampton Area Middle School. School ID is required to attend and purchase tickets. Tickets are on sale during lunch.

Northampton Area High School’s spring chorus concert will be held 7-8 p.m. May 2 in the auditorium at the high school.

Lehigh Elementary School’s PTA group will hold its monthly meeting 6:30-8 p.m. May 6 at the elementary building. All are welcome to attend.

From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 6, all elementary orchestra students will perform a spring concert in the auditorium at NAHS.

Save the date: The Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be 7:30 p.m. May 30, with rain dates of May 31 and June 1, at Al Erdosy Stadium. Every graduating senior will receive 10 tickets at graduation practice the week of commencement.

NASD is looking forward to celebrating the accomplishments of its Class of 2025.

Give your child a great start to a bright future. Community Services for Children and Head Start of the Lehigh Valley, in partnership with NASD, is offering prekindergarten, which can give your child a strong start in school and in life. It is no cost to you.

The program is for 3- and 4-year-olds residing in NASD and for families whose yearly income meets guidelines. It will be held in the NASD elementary buildings.

Online kindergarten registration is underway throughout NASD. Visit the district website, nadschools.org, to begin the process and follow the guidelines to register.
