Ruth C. Huffort, 94, of Whitehall, died April 11, 2025, at Bethlehem Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Roland T. Huffort Jr. for 65 years.

She was born in Allentown.

She was a sewing machine operator for the garment industry for 32 years.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Coplay.

She is survived by two sons, Wayne and wife Patricia and Mark and wife Mary Ellen; a sister, Miriam Schuon; two grandchildren, Adam and wife Lauren and Ryan; and four great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Nathan, Macie and Savannah.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda.
