Allen/East Allen townships: Wine, craft event set for May 10

Enjoy Wine Under the Willows, along with a craft show, noon-6 p.m. May 10 at Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association, 25 Lappawinzo Road, Allen Township. There is a cost for the wine tasting, which includes a wineglass.

The event will be held rain or shine.

Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association continues to hold bingo Tuesdays 7 p.m.

Looking ahead, Lappawinzo will not hold a breakfast April 20. The next breakfast will be held May 18.

Join a group of crafters who meet twice a month at Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township. The crafters meet 10 a.m.-noon the first and third Thursday of each month in the meeting room of Monocacy School.

Everyone is welcome to attend to work on whatever craft you like. Bring your project, supplies, a drink and perhaps a snack, and prepare for good conversation and a productive two hours.

No registration is needed. A $5 donation to the society is requested to defray facility costs.
