Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

MARCH 1

A parking complaint in the unit block of Front Street was addressed.

The department investigated a report of a scam in the 100 block of Wood Street.

Officers responded to a missing-person report in the 400 block of Walnut Street.

A fraud report was investigated at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

An animal complaint had police in the 200 block of Pine Street.

MARCH 2

Suspicious activity in the 300 block of Walnut Street was reported.

An arrest was made during a domestic disturbance at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

In the 500 block of Kurtz Street and the 200 block of Pine Street, animal complaints were handled.

A reportable motor vehicle accident took place at Second and Bridge streets.

MARCH 3

Suspicious activity in the 100 block of Race Street was reported.

Parking complaints were addressed in the 100 block of Bridge Street, at South 10th Street and Bath Avenue and at Fourth and Walnut streets.

Animal complaints were handled at Race and 15th streets and South 15th and Race streets.

A theft was reported in the 600 block of Howertown Road.

MARCH 4

Traffic violations occurred at Front and Wood streets and in the unit and 100 blocks of Front Street.

Parking complaints were addressed in the unit and 200 blocks of Front Street; the 300 block of School Street; the unit, 100, 200, 500 and 700 blocks of Second Street; and the 100 block of Bridge Street.

Police assisted a citizen at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

Suspicious activity in the 200 block of Church Street was reported.

Reports of civil matters had police in the 300 block of Liberty Street and the 500 block of Front Street.

A report of reckless driving at Lehigh and Main streets was investigated.

MARCH 5

Officers assisted citizens in the 800 block of Peach Street and the unit block of Cambridge Place.

Parking complaints were addressed in the 200 block of Front Street and the unit, 100, 200, 300 and 700 blocks of Second Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

MARCH 6

Traffic violations occurred at North 14th and Race streets and in the 200 block of North 14th Street.

A parking complaint was addressed in the 200 block of Front Street.

In the 200 block of Race Street, a motor vehicle accident occurred.

Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 400 block of Bridge Street.

Police conducted welfare checks in the 300 block of Front Street, the 500 block of Kurtz Street and at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

Thefts were reported in the unit block of Second Street and the unit block of Faith Drive, the latter from a vehicle.

MARCH 7

Vehicle stops were conducted at Front and Race streets and at North 14th and Pearl streets.

Reported possession of marijuana at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, was investigated.

Police responded to a report of fraud in the 900 block of Bridge Court.

A reported neighbor dispute occurred at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

Parking complaints were handled in the 700 block of Railroad Street, the 600 block of Front Street and the 100 block of Howertown Road.

A body was found in the 100 block of 11th Street; the investigation concluded it was from natural causes, police said.

In the unit block of Second Street, a civil matter took place.

At Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St., officers conducted a fraud investigation.

A report of a nondomestic threat in the 700 block of Railroad Street was filed with the department.
