on baseball roster

Kutztown University, Kutztown, will have 29 student-athletes representing its baseball program for the 2025 season.

The Kutztown University baseball team was voted the sixth-best team in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East Division by the coaches in their preseason poll.

The Maroon and Gold recorded a 17-33 mark last season, going 10-22 in the PSAC East and 8-11 at North Campus Baseball Field.

They managed wins over No. 6 Millersville, No. 15 West Chester and No. 25 East Stroudsburg, and pulled their lone conference series victory against Lock Haven.

Local students on the roster include:

Breinigsville: Bo Barthol;

Kempton: Bryce Schafer;

Kutztown: Dalton Furst; and

Schnecksville: Justin Augustus.
