Eugene R. Hartranft, 89, of Catasauqua, died Feb. 23, 2025. He was the husband of Marilyn J. (Schlicher) Hartranft.

He was a son of the late Leroy and Mary (Hazlinsky) Hartranft.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

He worked at Fuller Company in Catasauqua for 50 years.

He was a lifetime member of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

He is survived by two sons, Bobby Folland and Duke, both of Catasauqua; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Carol Flahart; and a brother, Edward.

He was predeceased by a brother, John; a sister, Maryann; and a daughter-in-law, MaryAlice.

There will be a calling time 9-9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., March 1 at the church, 122 W. Union St., Catasauqua, 18032.
