Teeing up some smiles! Catasauqua High School students gather for a group photo during prom, held May 17 at Olde Homestead Golf Club, 6598 Route 309, New Tripoli.
CHS junior Juliana Vazquez and Mason Hrebin, a senior at Palmerton High School, arrive at the barn on the grounds of the golf club. The couple chose lilac as their theme color.
The 2024 prom court included, from left, Eli Davis and Kaylee Monahan, fourth runner-up; Chad Beller and Kelsea Warren, third runner-up; king William Aguirre; queen Alivia Bear; Riannah Martinez and Jyzaiah Bonilla, first runner-up; and Augustus Serrano and Delaine Popa Nina, second runner-up.
A wide range of formal style and color highlights this group of female CHS prom attendees against the background of natural wood of the venue, a restored 125-year-old barn.
Masks reminiscent of formal dances of ancient times are provided to each attendee as modeled by Katrina Mullin and Gavin Dengler, both juniors.
Seniors Jordan Soltis and Augustus Serano enjoy the outdoor patio area of the club.
