EHS names student of the week

Q. In what grade are you currently enrolled?

A. I am a senior at Emmaus High School.

Q. Please provide the first names of your family members: parents, siblings, and pets.

A. My parents are Kris and Susan.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. Currently, my favorite subject is AP Economics because it is interesting to learn about the impact of supply and demand.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. I have received Principal’s Honor Roll all throughout High School.

Q. Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? How has being involved in these organizations impacted your high school experience?

A. I am serving as president of Future Business Leaders of America and am also in National Honor Society, Interact Club and French Club. Additionally, I ride horses competitively and am in 4-H. Being involved in these organizations has introduced me to new people and inspired me to become the best version of myself.

Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A. The process of applying to colleges was surprisingly challenging.

Q. What is your next goal after high school?

A. I plan to study business management and would like to pursue a law degree to become a corporate lawyer.

Q. Whom do you hope to emulate? Why?

A. I hope to emulate my parents, who are compassionate and hardworking.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. I would like to be remembered for my accomplishments while also being someone who was kind to everyone.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. Yes, it would be to focus on the present. Although we may have goals or plans, it is important to take time to appreciate and enjoy what is happening now.
