Allentown Chamber of Commerce to hold second annual veg fest

The Allentown Chamber of Commerce announces the return of the second annual Allentown Veg Fest 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 27 at Cedar Beach Park. 2600 Parkway Blvd., Allentown.

Veg Fest promises to be a plant-powered party, celebrating the green goodness of vegetarian living and community activation.

This event invites seasoned plant-based enthusiasts and those interested in family-friendly events to explore and indulge guilt-free.

Attendees can look forward to a diverse selection including vegetarian dishes from local food vendors, eco-friendly artisan craft vendors, and a “Kids Activation Zone” by Vitality Natural Healthcare offering a variety of small sprout-centered activities.

Experience entertainment from a live cooking demonstration by Sunny’s Vegan Kitchen, a musical performance from The Green Planet Band and Plant Bingo by Sterner’s Stems with an opportunity to win prizes.

This festival allows guests to connect with local organizations and businesses sharing a passion for a plant-powered lifestyle.

Vendors include: Algorithm Vegan Grill, Bananarama, Beauty by Monea, Chocodiem, Kou Kitchen LLC, La Cocina, Love Energy Nature, Mad Catter Coffee, Nishi’s Vegan Creations, Sleepy Cat Urban Winery, Sterner’s Stems, The Bake-A-Re, The Locals’ Bookshop, UNO Taqueria, The Udder Bar, Excelsior Flowers, SoulCountry Vegan, The Mediterranean King and more.

Admission to the event is free and open to the public, offering an inclusive experience for all.
