The Upper Macungie Township Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing male.

Timothy Cox, 69, is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 209 pounds and has gray hair, brown eyes, and has dementia.

Cox was last seen wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans, and white and gray sneakers.

He walked out of Heather Glen Nursing Home on Dec. 19.
