The Catasauqua Community Cares Program, through Catasauqua Area School District, is collecting new and gently used coats, hats and gloves.

Last year, the program was able to distribute more than 150 coats, so please consider helping to keep CASD kids warm this winter. All sizes are welcome.

Winter-wear donations can be dropped off 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the district office, next to Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St., Catasauqua. Monetary donations are also accepted by dropping off or mailing checks to the district office, payable to CASD/C3P.

The winter wear will be distributed 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 18. Proof of residency will be required for the distribution day.
