DUI

A 27-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 14 with allegedly driving under the influence, obstructing administration of law or other government function, possession of a controlled substance and traffic offenses following a traffic stop on Broadway, according to Salisbury police.

A 24-year-old male was charged Sept. 23 with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 1100 block of Flexer Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

Fleeing police

A 25-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 21 with allegedly fleeing or attempting to flee a police officer, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a small amount of marijuana, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct and numerous traffic offenses following a traffic stop in the 2700 block of South Pike Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

Possession

An 18-year-old male was charged Sept. 19 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street, according to Salisbury police.

Disorderly conduct

A 15-year-old female and a 16-year-old female were charged Sept. 20 with alleged disorderly conduct following an incident in the 600 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

A 40-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 22 with alleged disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident in the 1000 block of Hawthorn Road, according to Salisbury police.

Possession of tobacco in schools prohibited

A 15-year-old female was referred to the community justice panel Sept. 20 for alleged possession of tobacco in schools prohibited following an incident at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

A 16-year-old male was referred to the community justice panel Sept. 18 for alleged possession of tobacco in schools prohibited following an incident at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Theft

A resident of the 900 block of Hawthorn Road learned a check he mailed was unlawfully obtained, altered and cashed, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 15.

Numerous tools as well as camera equipment were found to be missing from a residence in the 2900 block of Meadowbrook Circle North, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 19.

Theft from vehicle

Miscellaneous pieces of jewelry were taken from vehicles while they were parked in the 800 block of Nantucket Circle, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 22.

Fraud

A resident of the 2200 block of Nottingham Road learned his payroll check was cashed without his authorization, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 11.
