SEPT. 25
Officers responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Saylor Park, 254 N. Second St. Upon arrival, witnesses said they did not hear anything.
A domestic incident brought police to the 100 block of South Ninth Street.
Police investigated a report in the 100 block of South Seventh Street of suspicious social media activity.
Two dogs running loose in the area of North Seventh and Chestnut streets were reported.

Police were on the scene of a child abuse report in the 5600 block of Coplay Road.
Officers conducted a welfare check on a Whitehall-Coplay School District student in the unit block of South Second Street.
A homeless male on the Ironton Rail Trail was reported.

A report of stray dogs brought police to North Sixth and Chestnut streets.
Officers assisted Catasauqua police with a building check in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

A noise complaint in the 100 block of Coplay Street had police on the scene.
SEPT. 29
A domestic disturbance brought police to the unit block of South Third Street.
Police responded to a report of a fight in a residence in the 200 block of South Second Street.
The department responded to a call in the 200 block of Coplay Street regarding a resident’s daughter returning her vehicle. Police informed her there is an arrest warrant out, and the daughter would need to turn herself in to the department.
Officers patrolled the area of North Second and Chestnut streets following complaints of drug use and people camping out in the area.

A noise complaint brought police to the 100 block of Chestnut Street. According to police, this is an ongoing issue between neighbors.
A suspicious person in the 100 block of South Front Street was reported.
Officers investigated suspicious activity in the unit block of Magna Drive for a male checking car doors and looking into car windows. No one matching the description was found at the scene.
Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of Chestnut Street.
