Upper Macungie Township in partnership with ArtsQuest will host Clover Hill, Vynecrest, Franklin Hill and Stony Run wineries at its SangriaFest for participants age 21 and older from 4-7 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Road.

There will be great drinks, music, games and fun.

Food vendors will include Bacon on a Stick, Batch MicroCreamery, Island Noodles, The Taste Smokers (free for premium access ticket holders), Uno Taqueria and Vitality Bowls.

Retail vendors include Sports and Social, 22 Peppers, CBD American Shaman and Whiz Spiegs Designs.

There are a limited number of tickets to this event and there is no guarantee they will be available on the day of the event or at the gates.

The township is partnering with ArtsQuest and Animal Defenders Lehigh Valley to host its Vegfest Upper Macungie noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 9 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Road, Allentown.

There will be speakers, music, cooking and skin care demos, food vendors and much more to celebrate the area’s rapidly growing plant-based lifestyle scene.

The PG movie “Turning Red” will be shown Sept. 8 at the Velodrome, 1151 Mosser Road, Breinigsville.

Movie starts at dusk. Grass seating only available. Activities begin at 7 p.m.

Local firefighters will be on-site to interact with the community and kids.

Brian Bleam, in partnership with the township, will offer fall tennis lessons for youth ages 7-15 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Mondays Sept. 11 until Oct. 9 at Blue Barn Park, 5770 Snowy Orchid Lane.

Participants will need to bring their own racquet and water bottle.

Yoga in the Park classes will be offered 4:30-5:30 p.m. every Monday; 5-6 p.m. every Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. every Friday, until Sept. 27 at Ricky Park, 5875 Ricky Ridge Trail, Orefield.

Participants will need to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
