Lower Macungie Fire Department honors four EHS graduates

Lower Macungie Fire Department and the Lower Macungie Fire Department Women’s Association presented scholarships to four recipients July 12 at the Brandywine station.

The recipients have parents on the fire team.

The scholarships were handed out by the Lower Macungie Fire Department Women’s Association with a dinner following.

Receiving scholarships this year are Hope Garavaglia, daughter of Ken and Tina Garavaglia, who will be attending Bloomsburg University majoring in early childhood education; Benjamin Goldman, son of Alex and Wendy Goldman, who will be attending Bloomsburg University; Nicole Nosal, daughter of Dave and Emily Nosal, who will be attending Kutztown University majoring in secondary education in chemistry and Chayce Perna, daughter of Chris and Dana Perna, who will be attending Bloomsburg University majoring in criminal justice.
