Wedding coordinator demonstrates how to make bouquets

By HELEN PAPATHANASIOU

Special to The Press

Members of the Parkland Garden Club were treated to a wonderful program presented by Anita Nagle, wedding coordinator from Phoebe Floral, Allentown.

During the March 13 demonstration, Nagle crafted various types of bouquets.

She brought along with her a variety of flowers and greens that work wonderfully in bouquets.

Nagle, who made three beautiful bouquets, said many brides-to-be ask her to duplicate designs they saw on Pinterest.

She emphasized it is very important the wedding bouquets stay together and she always tests the bouquet before giving it to the bride.

For one of the bouquets she made, Nagle used roses. For the second bouquet she used baby’s breath and the third was made with greens.

She donated the bouquets to the Parkland Garden Club and they were raffled off.
