Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit No. 21 is offering a guest teacher program, with the purpose of providing basic substitute teacher training to applicants who have interest but little to no classroom experience. Individuals who have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college may apply. Fees may apply to enter the program.

Applications opened March 3 and will close April 24.

St. Patrick’s Day is March 17. Be sure to check with your child about classroom themes or celebrations.

Spirit week is coming to Sheckler Elementary March 20-24. Students will celebrate each day by dressing up for a different theme. The week will begin with Cat in the Hat day, and students will be allowed to wear their favorite hat.
