The 16th annual SnowBlast Winter Arts Festival will be held noon to 4 p.m. at various locations in Emmaus borough, including the Emmaus Public Library and Triangle Park. Civil War Round Table of Eastern Pennsylvania presents: An Evening with “Devil Dan” 7:15 p.m. at Delta the Hotels by Marriott (formerly Holiday Inn), 7336 Adrienne Drive, Breinigsville. “History best remembers me for my heroic actions on the second day of the Battle of Gettysburg. But did you know many people remember me as an adulterer, bon vivant, murderer and rogue? The program titled, “The History of the Structure and Inhabitants of the Shelter House, the Oldest House in Emmaus,” will be presented by Dean Bortz, on-site curator of the Shelter House.
