CMS News: Food drive collection continues

Catasauqua Middle School continues to collect for the Souper Bowl of Caring food drive through Feb. 10.

Consider donating nonperishable food items to help the less fortunate. Check expiration dates. Bring items in plastic, cans or boxes - no glass.

Additionally, the homeroom that brings in the most items will win a pizza party.

CMS students are encouraged to sign up for Catasauqua Youth Athletic Association’s baseball and softball season for ages 5-15.

Sign-ups will be held 10 a.m.-noon Jan. 28 and Feb. 4 and 11, as well as 6:30-8 p.m. Feb. 8, at Opportunity Field.

Report cards will be available after 3 p.m. Jan. 30 on the parent portal.

There will be early dismissal Feb. 1. CMS students will be dismissed 12:20 p.m.
