Retail theft

A 14-year-old male, of Macungie and a 15-year-old male, of Allentown, were cited Nov. 16 for retail theft after allegedly removing items, valued at $74, from a location in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Simple assault

A 16-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested Sept. 16 for alleged simple assault at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Oct. 31 for alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Court.

A 14-year-old male, of Alburtis, a 12-year-old male, of Allentown and a 14-year-old male, of Emmaus, were arrested Nov. 1 for alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

DUI

A 37-year-old motorist, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 16 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The motorist was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Possession

A 16-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 3 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

Burglary

Someone shattered the glass door of the Emmaus Smoke Shop, 1245 Chestnut St., Suite 101, broke into five lottery machines and removed approximately $8,000 in cash, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 2.

Someone forcibly entered a residence in the 300 block of North Second Street and removed $2,790 worth of jewelry, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 11.

Vehicle theft

A vehicle valued at $57,368 was removed from Kelly Buick GMC dealership, 585 State Ave., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 16.

Theft from vehicle

A registration plate was removed from a Ford F-150 pickup truck parked in the 400 block of Green Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 9.

Theft

An evaporator fan motor and an ice maker, totaling $201, were removed from a refrigerator to the rear of a location in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 8.

Packages containing items valued at $42.97 were removed from a location in the 1000 block of Cold Stream Circle, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 16.

Theft of services

Unknown people failed to pay their bill totaling $45 at Rossi’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant, 606 State Ave., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 15.

Drug paraphernalia

A 14-year-old, of Macungie, was arrested Nov. 11 for allegedly having drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

Criminal Mischief

A vehicle was vandalized in the 600 block of Walnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 13.
