Donald Joseph Doyle Sr., 60, of Slatington, died unexpectedly Nov. 13, 2022, in his home.

Born Nov. 28, 1961, in Newark, Essex County, N.J., he was currently employed as a truck driver for S&H Express, York, for the past year.

Before that, he worked for several trucking companies throughout Pennsylvania.

He loved to fish, cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles, collect Bic lighters and work in his yard.

His survivors include a son Donald Jr. of New Tripoli; daughters Krista L. Wanamaker and her husband, Brandon, of Slatington, and Briana N. Doyle of Albrightsville; sister Diane Becker, and her husband, David, of Whitehall; and grandchildren, Brant, Kailynn, Isabelle and Madison.

A private graveside will be held at the convenience of the family at Union Cemetery, Slatington.

There will be no public calling hours.
